Ground Transportation
Transfers between airports and hotels are arranged for the main group and are coordinated with the main group’s flight itineraries. It is incumbent upon the participants to adhere to this recommendation, cost for off schedule transportation will be the responsibility of the participant.
Roommate requirement
If a registrant is a single traveler, it is the responsibility of the participant to identify a qualified roommate. If the Trip Coordinator aids with roommate matching, it will be the responsibly for each participant to communicate and approve the match within two weeks of being notified by email. If participants do not agree, then one of the following options exist:
• the option to pay for a single supplement (if available), or
• be moved to the wait list, or
• cancel less club cancellation fee before final payment
Room and/or Condo mate requests (new for 2025-26)
If you want a particular room and/or condo mates, please specify who they are. If configurations work, we we will accommodate the request
Forms of Payment
SCSC will no longer accept cash as payment for trips. Credit Card, Check, Cashier’s Check and Money Orders are acceptable forms of payment.

Get ready for an incredible alpine getaway with the Space City Ski Club as we head to Breckenridge, Colorado for an unforgettable week of snow, fun, and mountain charm! Nestled in the heart of the Rockies, Breckenridge is a premier ski destination known for its massive terrain, authentic mining-town vibes, and endless winter activities. From world-class skiing to vibrant apres-ski and non-stop entertainment the Texas Ski Council Final Showdown has something for everyone, skiers and non-skiers alike.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We will be returning to the Beaver Run Resort which is a club favorite from previous trips because of its ultra-convenient truly ski-in/ski-out location with direct access to the Beaver Run Super Chair, just outside the doors of our free onsite ski-lockers.
Our deluxe two-bedroom condominiums feature full kitchens and two full baths. Amenities include free high speed wi-fi, wood-burning fireplaces with free firewood and delivery. Beaver Run also features two heated pools and nine hot tubs for après ski fun, arcade and game room, fitness center, a spa and its own mountain plaza area with a choice of slope-side dining, ski & ride school, rental and retail shops.

Please be aware that this air itinerary is tentative and subject to change. From Denver, we have a chartered bus secured to party down the road to Breckenridge which includes a grocery stop at King Soopers and Apple Jack liquor store on Youngfield Street in Wheat Ridge on the way to Breckenridge. Please pre-order your groceries on your Kroger App for pick up.

MORE THAN JUST GREAT SKIING
Breckenridge is a Winter Wonderland that is a perfect blend of adventure, entertainment and mountain magic even when you aren’t clipped into your bindings. Explore historic Main Street lined with colorful Victorian buildings full of boutique shops, art galleries and cozy cafes. Enjoy a wide range of dining options from casual taverns to upscale bistros. Other adventures sans skis include snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, ice skating, sledding & tubing and sleigh rides. We will gather as a club for après ski thoughout the week and join fellow TSC travelers for Tuesday Evening Scavenger Hunt, Final Showdown Welcome Party and Farewell Reception.
EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
There is a Breck Sports rental shop conveniently located in the lobby of Beaver Run. We intend to offer rental package discounts later as we finalize plans for the trip.
