Grab your sunscreen and sunglasses—it’s time for an afternoon of Fun in the Sun on beautiful Galveston Bay!

Bring your SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard), kayak or fishing gear and settle in for an enjoyable day on or by the water. Whether you're paddling, casting a line, playing games or just visiting with friends, there will be something for everyone. There will be board games available for those who enjoy a little friendly competition.

This is a potluck event, so please bring a favorite dish to share and a cooler with your favorite beverages. The SCSC will provide delicious BBQ brisket and fried chicken. After registering, please let us know what dish you'll be bringing so we can plan accordingly.

Come spend a memorable afternoon enjoying great food, good company and the beauty of Galveston Bay (and Marty’s beautiful waterfront home!). Sun and Fun. Food and Friends. What could be better? See you there!
