Ground Transportation
Transfers between airports and hotels are arranged for the main group and coordinated with group flight itineraries. Participants who travel outside these schedules are responsible for their own transportation costs.
Roommate requirement
Participants must identify a roommate. If none is secured by the cancellation date, the participant must either pay a single supplement (if available) or cancel prior to final payment (subject to fees).
Forms of Payment
Credit Card, Check, Cashier’s Check and Money Orders are acceptable forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy: Full deposit may be forfeited if cancellation is not submitted in writing by the final payment date.
Cancellation Fees: $30 or 20% of the trip cost (whichever is less), with a minimum fee of $10 per cancellation.
