Ground Transportation
Transfers between airports and hotels are arranged for the main group and are coordinated with the main group’s flight itineraries. It is incumbent upon the participants to adhere to this recommendation, cost for off schedule transportation will be the responsibility of the participant.

Roommate requirement
If a registrant is a single traveler, it is the responsibility of the participant to identify a qualified roommate. If the Trip Coordinator aids with roommate matching, it will be the responsibly for each participant to communicate and approve the match within two weeks of being notified by email. If participants do not agree, then one of the following options exist:
the option to pay for a single supplement (if available), or
• be moved to the wait list, or
• cancel less club cancellation fee before final payment

Forms of Payment
SCSC will no longer accept cash as payment for trips. Credit Card, Check, Cashier’s Check and Money Orders are acceptable forms of payment.

WHY CHOOSE THIS TRIP?

Snowmass has the largest lift-served vertical descent in America and has been hailed as the #1 overall resort in America by both Ski.com and Transworld Snowboarding magazine. From wide cruising runs on Big Burn, to the experts-only thrill of Hanging Valley Wall, there is terrain here for everyone. Want more runs? Turn on the “Power of Four” mountains by taking a free short bus ride to Aspen for more expert terrain, Buttermilk for more easy-going gentle cruising runs, or Aspen Highlands, a local favorite. Skiers and riders of all abilities will do plenty of great skiing on this trip.

Snowmass has some of the best steeps, cliffs, couloirs, backcountry, terrain parks, and powder anywhere in North America. Complimentary RFTA shuttle buses commute between Snowmass and Aspen for convenient access to not only additional skiing but nightlife, shopping, and dining options a short ride away.

ACCOMODATIONS

The Crestwood Condominiums 7 night accommodations: Luxurious Ski-In, Ski-Out premier location.

It is situated at the base of Snowmass Mountain and directly adjacent to the newly developed Snowmass Base Village.

The Crestwood amenities include three hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool and a slope-ski ski concierge located under the Elk Camp Gondola. Each condo offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen. Lodge van transport to visit Snowmass Base Village, the Snowmass Mall and Village Center. In addition, Crestwood Condominium is walking distance to world-class dining and shopping options in Snowmass Village.

WHAT DOES THIS TRIP INCLUDE?

The trip will start with a Big Bang Pre-trip party in December which will include hot and cold appetizers and drinks to get to know our fellow skiers and warm up for our Hot Ski trip. Round-trip bus transportation from Denver International Airport to Snowmass with a grocery stop enroute to Crestwood Condominiums. A Welcome party is scheduled on Saturday night to hand out lift tickets and meet everyone.

Group dinner during the trip and post- party are also included.

There will be opportunities to gather for group lunch on the mountain, après ski and non-ski activities like Snow Tubing or riding Breathtaker Alpine Coaster (if there is enough interests).
