Our meeting will be hosted by Christie‘s Seafood Restaurant. Please plan to order dinner and beverages during the meeting.
The primary purpose of this meeting is to collect final trip payments and payments for optional excursions. Excursion payments must be made by check. If you intend to pay your final trip balance by check as well, please bring two separate checks.
Prior to the meeting, we will distribute a summary of your selected excursions along with your Tanzania visa payment amount so that you will know your outstanding balance.
We will also review the final pre-departure checklist and timeline, including important items such as vaccinations, travel insurance for Zanzibar, visa requirements, packing recommendations, and other preparations needed before departure.
We look forward to seeing everyone as we finalize plans for our Tanzania adventure.
